Processing time
Orders are processed within 3 business days after receiving full
payment, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a
confirmation email once your order is processed.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within Pakistan only. If your location is not
listed at checkout, please contact us to enquire about delivery
availability.
Shipping methods and charges
We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
Shipping charges are Rs. 1,000 (PKR).
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown
at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery times
- Standard shipping: 2–3 business days.
- Expedited shipping: 4–5 business days.
Unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays may affect these
estimates. Please contact our customer support if you experience

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number
by email. You can track your shipment through the carrier's
tracking system or our website's tracking facility.
Delivery address and failed deliveries
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect
address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts
or an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any
additional shipping charges incurred.
